Terms of use

TMUA Atlas is a free study aid for 16–18 year olds practising for the TMUA / UAT-UK admissions test. By using the site, you agree to these terms. They're written in plain English — no legal jargon on purpose.

A free study aid — not tuition

TMUA Atlas is free to use and there are no payments. It's a practice tool made to help you study, not a tutoring service, school, or admissions adviser. Nothing on the site counts as professional admissions advice — always check official guidance from UAT-UK and the universities you're applying to.

Our questions are original — and may contain mistakes

All practice questions on TMUA Atlas are original, clean-room material written for practice. They are not past papers and they are not copied from the real test. Where official UAT-UK materials are useful, we link out to the official PDFs — we don't host or copy them.

We try hard to keep questions and worked solutions correct, but mistakes can slip through. If you spot one, treat the official UAT-UK materials as the source of truth, and let us know via the contact route described in our privacy policy (in-site reporting has no backend yet — it's coming soon).

Scores are practice feedback — not predictions

Your scores on TMUA Atlas use simple linear marking (roughly one mark per correct answer) to help you track progress. That's an indicative practice proxy only. It is not a UAT-UK prediction, not an official score, and not a forecast of whether you'll get an interview or an offer. Use it to spot weak topics and get faster — not to judge your chances.

Acceptable use — keep it fair

  • No scraping or bulk downloading — don't use bots or scripts to copy the whole question bank.
  • No reselling — don't sell, republish, or repackage our questions or solutions as your own or as part of a paid product.
  • Don't game the leaderboard — no fake scores, no impersonating other people, and no nicknames that are rude or misleading.
  • Use it for learning — don't try to break the site, interfere with other users' browsers, or misuse any sign-in if it's added later.

No uptime promise

TMUA Atlas is a side project run for free. We aim to keep it working, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or up to date. The site may change or pause at any time, and we aren't liable if it's temporarily down — especially close to test dates, so don't rely on it as your only revision source.

Content licence

The site's questions, explanations, and design belong to TMUA Atlas — you're welcome to use them for your own personal study, but not to copy or redistribute them in bulk (see “keep it fair” above). If you ever submit anything to the site (for example feedback or an issue report, once reporting is live), you give us permission to use it to fix and improve TMUA Atlas.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the site grows — for example if sign-in, cloud saving, or paid features are ever added (there are no payments right now). If that happens, the updated terms will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date. If you keep using the site after a change, that means you accept the new terms.
